"I have been working with Justice Resource Institute (JRI) for going on 4 years now. JRI is a non profit that employs over 3000 employees throughout New England. I started as an Application Support/ Training and was promoted to Education Support. I currently maintain the 12 private schools JRI owns. Every coworker I have the privilege of working with is very friendly and welcoming."
"This is a horribly corrupt company to work for. Management does not care about its employees. I have seen terrible things happen in my three years working for JRI. Staff are treated terribly and with disrespect. Conditions at work are disgusting and you are not allowed to offer constructive criticism. In fact if you disagree with management you will be fired. Individuals served are not treated properly either. The pay is terrible and there is no room to grow on this company."
