"Cliques that tried to get you in trouble because you hung out with people they considered sinners instead of accepting people for who they are and not discriminating against them because of their sexual preference."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To take action against people when a sexual harassment complaint is filed instead of ignoring it and to promote people that have proved their technical ability by taking classes, passing exams, and getting certifications."

"Great experience in hardware and software setups, monitoring, customer service."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unfortunately, the company was very number driven (between calls and tickets) although no benefit was ever presented for good results (unless you include more responsibilities coupled to your current quota), only punishments for under-performers. Holds on raises would only apply to groups such as waves of new hires expecting their raises after their probationary periods."
What don't you like about working at Lunarpages?
"I didn't like being pressured to work very demanding overtime hours (usually 10-30 hours a paycheck), often on call at all hours, and then getting scolded for claiming those hours. Oh, and their ridiculous upholding of seniority with everything from promotions, shifts, and on-call scheduling to placement and selection of wall art and floor mats."

"The work environment is not a pleasant one. Employees are constantly being lost due to this."
