"This company is very professional and they do not tolerate people who are constantly on their cell phones or on their Facebook, Twitter, ect. during work hours."

What don't you like about working at Berson Financial Group?

"The pay was a bit low for the amount of work that you needed to get done. You were often working 10+ overtime hours per week, but were never compensated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The pay rate for the assistance/junior's could be a little more as there work load is quite big."
