"You have to know you stuff- they don't hire just anybody!"

"Everyone kept to themselves and didn't interact much with one another."

"Never came in contact with the CEO or management on that level."

"I like that I have a pretty important job and that I get to do something I like doing, flash applications."

"Know your stuff. They seem to be easy to impress but not willing to pay you."
What don't you like about working at Technical Systems Integration?
"I don't like all the waiting. I have a lot of down time and I'm suppose to sit and wait for more work. I don't understand why I can't sit and wait for work at home. They have telecommunication but I'm one of the lowest paid so I am not granted this privilege. Most of the employees, including the president, are x-military, I am not and it shows. To make a good amount of money, you need some kind of clearance."
