"no training, favoritism, some managers do not even attempt to show you what to do nor demonstrate the pitch for example...I only stayed because the CEO is intelligent, the compensation was good, the coworkers were nice (drank and played around too much though) but, this company does not embrace diversity mostly in deed, only in words"
