"I was hired through a temp agency and was offered very little pay, borderline minimum wage. However, if I had found this job on my own, I would have no complaints since Julep offers competitive rates for the position."
"Julep is a startup with potential. It does not have strong leadership due to lack of experience. Much of its staff is made of interns. Because of this, they often focus on the wrong initiatives and they no longer have strong technical leadership. They have all left for opportunities with stronger leadership teams.The CEO is often missing during the work week and can disappear for weeks at a time. The company is far from a plan to achieve profitability."
