"After 2 years of work with JCS, they were purchased by a company in Colorado that was a healthcare provider in 2011 which was an odd situation. Recently, the parent company in Colorado was purchased by an even bigger healthcare company in Tennessee making it even more strange. JCS is a private probation company that is now in a downward spiral of losing business that will be very difficult to overcome. They have lost approximately 25-30 % of their offices in the last 2 years. I'll be surprised if the new parent company does not sell off the remaining contracts/ offices to competition so they can just focus on healthcare which is their primary business. This may start happening by end of 2014. Just losing too much ground."
