"JTM is a privatly held food manufacturing company that is 50% government contract, 35% food service and 15% retail. Products range from kettle cooked items to fully cooked hambergers and meatballs and even baked breads and rolls. JTM's products are of excellent quality and their comitment to customer service is admirable. Being a family owned compant the family is unwilling to hand off responsibility to other executioves with possibly more experience and knowledge. The ownership is also not ready to embrace new techniques, processes and technologies."
