"Just be yourself. The interview is very easy, and they don't ask any technical question. Good for getting the job, but bad for serious applicants trying to grow as a programmer."

What don't you like about working at JT3?

"I've been working here for 2 years, and I haven't moved up in the company. Just working on the same sustainment projects."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work on the upward mobility system for dedicated workers. The job gets boring if there's no advancement."
