What do you like about working at JT3?

"They have some neat technology products and systems to work on."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This company is similar to signing up for the Armed Forces, without the government pension and life-time health benefits. Only take the job if you really want to serve your country or you want to learn some technology (but think short term in that case). The short term sacrifice you will give up in salary can be compensated by the experience you will gain which will look good on a resume in the future."

What don't you like about working at JT3?

"Poor communication throughout the company; Difficult travel schedule for majority of employees; Security restricts effectiveness of employees, in many aspects of their jobs.Military rules supercede civilian rules in the way a lot of decisions are made. Extremely conservative, everyone worships George W Bush. Wait around years for a clearance with nothing to do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop the Politics, get focused on the big, overall picture instead of just worrying about your Dept only. Need to break down the Dept barricades, as they serve as an obstacle to getting work effectively done. The political games are wasting many tax dollars, something they should care about more than they do."
