"Wear teflon if you get hired."

What don't you like about working at JSP International?

"Play politics to stay employed/promoted, knee jerk management decisions, poor marketing /product strategies. You had to watch your back constantly in fear of someone speaking poorly of you or creating a poor perception of the work you did. Changes are usually made only at mid and lower levels."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Retire."
