"Ownership was not very buisness savy and the company suffers financially."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Architecture firms are generally not very successful or profitable because they're run by Architects and not busness professionals. For a firm to be truly dynamic, the architects need to focus on marketing and design and leave the buisness side to those can focus solely on that."
