"every thing from the management to the way they treat thier employees, alot of pressure,unfair policies,new rules every day,working under stress, violating the staff privacy by having cameras every where even at the bathoom door, nothing is good over there."

"they need to relook at all the policies and fix them to match the staff needs, better treatment for the employee,give the satff the opportunity to present thier own idea about work and be able to discus any problem s that they facing during work hours."
