"I've worked for JPMorgan Chase for the past 3.5 years and it is a very good company to work for in terms of benefits and work-life balance. However, I did find the they are slow at adopting new technologies mostly because it is such a large organization. I recommend this firm for people who are looking to stay here for a long time or until retirement but not for young engineers who want to learn new technologies quickly. Otherwise, this company is one the best to work for."
