Joy Junction Employee

"I've worked at Joy Junction (JJ) since December 2013. The position I was hired for is a new position for the organization, and the original primary responsibility was set to acquire major gifts. The responsibilities of the position developed quickly into handling multiple functions within JJ, due to my extensive background in business development and operations. In the 18 years that I have worked in the nonprofit arena, I have never experienced a CEO/Founder that is so hands on with the organization and actually out in the field working in the trenches on a daily basis."
