"It's an OK company. The benefits are good, the pay and raises are mediocre. They expect you to perform your next-level job for years before they actually promote you to it. Impossible work load. The people from Directors down are great to work with. Upper management gets shuffled about once per quarter, it's almost impossible to keep track of them. The industry is in a downturn, and the coal market has collapsed, so there have been significant budget cuts and hundreds of people terminated."
