"I have worked for Jorgenson Builders for several months after having worked in a family business for over ten years. While the owner is an experienced builder in the trades and with a degree in construction management, his clients are constantly angry. His sub-contractors (bids he selects) are highly questionable and he keeps making excuses for them. I have had to fire several contractors due to poor quality. He is moving from cost-plus to fixed price and he is not ready for that. I fear for his company."
