"Jordana Cosmetics was purchased by Gryphon Investors. Unfortunately, after Gryphon took over almost 1 year ago the board members have shown how much they don’t care of the employees at the lower levels. They have relocated Milani cosmetics (Jordana cosmetics sister company) all the way to Culver City. They only care about the business part not it’s employees. The “Bonus” given to the employees (in mid April at that) was as low as $40. It was a big slap in the face compare to all the hard work we have accomplished. They tend to care only for the executives and the highest paying employees. Gryphon Investors are the worst!!!"
