"The turnover is extremely high. They hire young attorneys with zero experience and send them straight into hearings by themselves. The owner cannot maintain her own case load, is never on time for anything, and expects her associates to just dance around her and make her firm work while she goes on constant vacations. The organization is nonexistent and she piles case loads on associates so hight that is impossible to represent clients adequately."
