"Good company to work for."
"Having worked as a recruiter with Johnson Service Group I was able to help people in desperate need for a position that may have truly helped them grow. Recruiting with Johnson Service Group can give you a feeling of enjoyment even though you may have to work long hours and during the weekends from time to time."
"Favoritism needs to stop or all the new recruiters will continually fail. You can not speak up to management about any concerns or even suggestions on how to make things run a little smoother because they will find any excuse to let you go. There was harassment within the workplace that has never been handled correctly (if handled at all). The only training you would receive was a 4 hour session with a recruiter who thought she knew it all. Disappointed on how this company runs. The Western Region won’t last much longer with the management and current employees for much longer. This region needs some serious help."
"Working for JSG has had it's ups and downs. Overall, I have leaned a lot. However, I feel the company is a bit outdated and not completely aligned with modern day recruiting. For example, I just helped push for us to get access to Indeed, which is one of the leading recruiting tools. JSG is not a leader in the industry and I don't see much growth opportunities for the future."
