"Be honest. If you're not sure if you want the position, do not bother to interview. Hiring managers are very receptive to candidate interest and often base their decisions on that."

"Too much political maneuvering involved with everyday tasks. Often times projects succeed or fail not based on the actual components but rather on the personal relationships between different department managers."
