"I worked for Johnson Brothers of NV for a short period of 6 months. While working as a warehouse & distribution manager, I gave them 100% of everything that I had to contribute. Since I was responsible for the day shift, night shift and daily deliveries, I worked over 60 hours a week. For my reward, the President of the company told me it was not working out. Since I had a military background, he felt that my work ethics, compassion and dedication to the job was too much for him to handle. He wanted a puppet or a yes man, and that is not what he was going to get from me. So he let me go, and told me that maybe I could go quarterback for another organization and take them to the Super Bowl. This was a very disappointing experience for me, since I just completed a very successful 30-year career in the Marine Corps as a leader of Marines. This company is very set in its ways, and it is not open to any methods of improvement. To prospective applicants: beware."
