"Like mentioned elsewhere, good ole boy network without much chance to move up if you're not part of it. Little diversity in the workplace, few chances for women to reach management positions. A lot of red tape and micro-management. Top management out of touch with workplace. Good technologies available for R&D, but lack of vision."

"John Zink has everything going for it except the good ole boy system that has been in place for years. If you get on the wrong side of the plant manager or any of his yes men managers then you will be bullied and treated like a dog. Many great employees have came and gone due to this good ole boy system. The company is too political and the plant manager and his butt kissers are just a bunch of puffed up geeks that like to flex their muscles. None are educated and team up to protect their job."
