"A large company managed like a small business. Very efficient when it comes to planning. Most upper-level decisions made based on the growth and new business. Very well managed and if you work hard for them, they work hard for you."

What do you like about working at Johanson Technology?

"Good opportunity, in the past. Nice building, when the AC works. Easy job: sit and wait for the phone to ring or email to come over."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Honestly, look elsewhere. There are still some good companies in and around Camarillo. Most of them better than Johanson. My new job is less than a mile up the same street."

What don't you like about working at Johanson Technology?

"Lots of backstabbing. Very low self esteem from most of management and they continuously berate people. HR is absolutely useless to all but a select few. No one, especially the outside sales, takes any responsibility. Production people are all viewed as second class."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start actually working for the company instead of just wining and dining your buddies."

What do you like about working at Johanson Technology?

"Not applicable as they walked me out the door with no severence or seperation package of any kind. This is after I delivered the process they had been wanting for years."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Only take a position with them if you absolutey have to, and keep looking to get out as fast as possible."

What don't you like about working at Johanson Technology?

"Management is out of touch and the employees had little respect for many of them. HR office was a joke, very unresponsive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit because you are the reason for the failures. You are the boss, it is your fault."

What do you like about working at Johanson Technology?

"There were incredible people working there at times but they would often leave for political reasons. The CEO is one of the best out there, listens and tries to address problems as they come up."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Take a really hard look and ask lots of questions."

What don't you like about working at Johanson Technology?

"The VP of Sales and Marketing. He tries to micromanage EVERY aspect of the company aside from sales and marketing. He is extremely slow to respond to anything regarding the aforementioned and takes little to no responsibility for his actions or inactions. There are many quality and production issues primarily due to engineering problems. The problems are known but never addressed."

"Small faucility, good place to start in the career field."

"Private buisness. Owner was all over the place. No cohesive plan. Employees with long tenior did not like changes."

"if you really want to work here keep a great attidude."

"the vp of sales oversteps and over promises expecting the whole plant to be able to make it happen. there are too maany delivery and engineering problems."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"stop over promising and fix the issues before expecting delivery improvements."

"Very supportive management that was easy to engage. Great products."
