"JoeSal has a storm restoration side partnered with a national company. As a PM you also market and sell your own jobs (canvassing and signing), and oversee the build.The pay potential and ability to move up are very good, but many times you are stuck waiting for insurance co.'s or customers to actually pay for months on end. In a 100% commission setting, this can be very stressful, especially to start. Overall though it can be very lucrative as well."
