"Be honest and straight foward. Have pride in your accomplishments and always be positive. Look for ways to get the job done and don't always point out the worst in others, but try to find ways to help."
What don't you like about working at Joel E. Brown ?
"From time to time I would come across people that you could not satisfy. This is very frustrating, and usuall cost money in order to make them happy. I would say that this group of customers is only about 2%, thank God."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As management you have to keep your eyes and ears open to the job, to the employees and subcontractors. Be a part of the team not just the boss, because without help you could not complete the work."
