"I was hired in July 2018 to Project Manage a self storage climate controlled 2 story metal and masonry building. I found that the company had no Site Superintendent for the day to day supervision, so I volunteered my experience for such a role and performed both roles on the project for a year. I started from the pre-construction aspect wrote sub-contracts, supervised the budget process, hired and bought out sub contractors. During the course of the project I begin to notice that money was being taken out in reallocation's but with no reason of where it was going, yet I was held to be responsible for the job but with now not enough funds in which to finish large portions of he project. In disgust I finally come to the place that I had to vacate myself form a no-win situation and turn it back to the company owner."
