"I've worked at JMT for about 10 months now. Overall I find it to be a decent place to work and one notable thing about the company is that there are a lot of folks who have been working here for a long time, 10, 15, 20 years is not uncommon. On the development side I think there are some red-flags. SDLC process is not well established. Team structure, communication and team lead dynamics are not very effective. Compensation, for all this, is well below what you can find at other companies. Growth and progression takes a long time and is not necessarily well defined."
