"The camaraderie and the work environment were excellent. Josef is a person of character and fair. He's scope is ok but the focus in my opinion was always put on the wrong projects."

"Be prepared to be challenged in many ways'"

What don't you like about working at JMR Electronics?

"The middle management/employee relationship was biased in some cases and sometimes insulting.. There is a clique and you either belong or not."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on one given product but don't let what is working go to waste."
