"Working for JMG has been a great experience, but it is time for me to move on. Jay, is a great guy to work for, but takes too much control and doesn't pass on the work in a timely fashion. I am either covered in work or have nothing to do. The company itself is very successful, just wish i had more financial gains while working there."
