What do you like about working at JMAR Precision System?

"My Director would let me step up to the plate and take advantage of every opportunity to make the manufacturing process better, faster, cheaper and keep quality in every product shipped to our customer. I would research material and once I had all of the data put together (supplier capability, capacity, delivery history, price comparison, etc), present it to him, he would then review it, agree with it, or not agree with it (with explanation). challenges like this I used as a training lesson/tool helping me to grow within the company and obtain a good understanding of what JMAR did and what they expected of me and keep my interest in the overall future/performance of the company."

"The semi-conductor industry was hit hard after the 911 Tragedy and the company closed."

What don't you like about working at JMAR Precision System?

"JMAR could have hired a few more people to fill in the areas that were not being covered. People (within shipping and recieving) to do inventory cycle counts, a janitor, a driver, but maybe they were having monetary problems."
