"If you have applied for a job here, do not take it. They will not value your worth. They will try to pay as low as they can, for a position that is worth $18 per hour, they will pay $10 per hour. They are thieves, they will charge you for even sniffing the paint in a new unit, the owners were born with a silver spoon in their mouth so they have no regard for people living paycheck to paycheck. They will charge you for regular repairs that are done due to City inspection and they will charge your account. They will send you to collections and will give you the run around about speaking to a property supervisor so it will be difficult to get any charges reversed. Their motto is give as less back from their deposit. They will have no regard if you have a family that has no hot water, they will not move quick enough. Don't blame the manager blame upper management, everything is micromanaged from a door lock to a piece of paper. If you want results petition all your fellow tenants and take them to small claims.. You can file a claim against JK Residential Services, HK Realty."
