1.5Jimmy Johns is a very difficult place in spite of what it is: a sandwich shop. The environment is relentless: constant participation is required to get the job done, which is understandable, but no perks are offered for exemplary work or striving to maintain corporate mindset. The pay is also terrible.
3.5I worked at Jimmy John's from August 2013-January 2014 when I was going to school at the same time at West Virginia University. When I worked there, I learned how to work with other people and how to communicate with different types of customers. I also learned how to go the extra mile when working with customers.
4.3I have been employed by Jimmy John's for more than a year now and have generally had a great experience. I love the people I work with, including the managers. However, the company does not care very much about their employees. There are no benefits or incentives. And it seems to have the highest turnover rate I have ever experienced.
