"There was a large amount of struggle at the company as it resolves around communication. They were constantly looking for better management solutions; to the point they would not give new ideas a full try. They hired a VP of Engineering while I was there that honestly wanted full control and was into micromanagement. I felt bad for the CEO and many of the other Sr. Engineers; we all did the best regardless the situation we were all in. It's not the place for creative freedom!"
