What do you like about working at Jet Support Services?

"When I started working at JSSI I was in college almost full-time. As a result, I only worked part-time - - - 25 hours per week. I really enjoyed the challenge. Aviation is technical, therefore I was able to learn a great deal, not only about avaition, but about the ever-changing world of computer technology."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No. Every personality is different. There is no way of telling who will be hiring for what position."

What don't you like about working at Jet Support Services?

"Once I graduated from Mt. San Antonio College I really wanted to work full-time and receive the benefits I had earned about over three years. That never happened. The department I worked in was reorganized, and my position was eliminated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Appreciate your staff. We are the 'behind-the-scenes people who deal with customers and vendors. In order for JSSI to continue as a business they will need dedicated staff. That is especially true regarding the Technical Department who has the hands-on experience with aircraft."
