Jerry's Artarama Employee

"Horrible, toxic environment. Management talks down and insults anyone in positions below them. Seems like a great place going into the job, but after a few weeks you start to see what the place is really about. You will be hired for your skills, then be continuously questioned and ridiculed for doing your job, or not doing things the way things were done in the 70's. Very toxic, and not a place to learn or grow. Morale is very low due to the way the owners and management treat employees, and nothing is going to change."

Jerry's Artarama Employee

"I have worked at Jerry's Artarama of Norwalk, CT for several years in both full and part time positions. As an artist it was a fun place to work in the beginning, however there is very little room for growth, and there is a present lack of strong leadership. Compensation and benefits leave much to be desired."
