"Jerome’s is a family-owned furniture business that has been around for over 60 years. While the business can be fun, the organization suffers from environmental cleanliness and has basic humanitarian problems. Jerome’s would do better to promote qualified people toward leadership, rather than pushing up their pals toward the Peter Principle. All too often, minorities’ voices are not heard, wages are underpaid, and store managers are forced to work 12 hour days. Jerome’s could use some true leadership from the outside to turn this ship around, which would change the entire San Diego landscape."
