"There is very little chance for advancement or increase in salary here. Once you are hired, you are pretty much stuck there unless you complain. The employer does not respect his employees and does what he can to take advantage of them in every way possible. If you are chosen as a favorite, you shouldn't have to do much of anything and receive most of the benefits."
