"Jellyvision is a company of kids that would rather play games than to actually produce results. Management gave up major revenue this year because they couldn't manage the people to goals or rules that were set. The CEO and management are more worried about receiving awards than actually making changes that would improve the morale of the company. The company needs to grow from a 15 employee mentality to a corporation."
