"The engineering department has spotty management. It requires a lot of self-training. The salary is heavily influenced by bonuses, which were taken away due to COVID; now we make less than anyone I know with equivalent experience. That said, most of the people here are solid. Many of them have been here for a very long time and know their jobs. I’m grateful for the employment, but this isn’t a place I could stay long-term."
