"The company preaches culture but have no idea what that means. Production is the only thing the Executives care about and they attempt to mask it by calling it "Patient Experience". Senior leadership does not take care of their employees unless you are in the inner circle. I would not recommend this organization to anyone."
"I've worked with Jefferson Dental for only a few months. They are growing and opening more clinics in the Houston area. So this review is based off the short time with this company. The company seems to lack certain trust within its employees, clinics have cameras everywhere supposedly for security, but have been used for watching how everyone works. Training is inadequate, poor, and not concise. Communication is good at times and poor in others. That being said, the company has been improving in certain areas, it has great customer service towards its patients. They do provide excellent and low cost dental care to children of all ages; as well as accommodated their work days and hours to benefit the patients. Given more time as an employee and if the company would be open to suggestions from its employees, and if they would have a standard of training for all employee positions including management, it could be rated higher."
