"Besides massive workload (years of network mismanagement), pathetic salary, no upward mobility, and too few staff to assist in supporting a county -wide, the complaints are too numerous to list."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For IT Manager: get a degree in Computer Science and a few industry certifications. English degrees and having no industry experience don't cut it in this field."
