"I have worked for JDI Technologies for 20 years, there has been no advancements even though promised. I have stayed too long. The work as Technical Support Supervisor is the same as any small company, Support the product, support the desktops, support the servers. Write reports, support Telephones. No help learning, program macros to speed up processes, write the tools used for pricing, forecasting, etc. The owners/CEO of the company is now getting up in age and there is no line of succession"
