"I started at Manugistics in 2000. At the time, and up until JDA Software took over in 2006, the culture was one of collaboration and team work from the customer service team, through the technical support team, and up to consulting and engineering teams. Now, some years after JDA took over, I feel less collaboration in the company and more competitiveness and financials than team work."
