"As a member of management withing the JD Norman team, we have had great success in product launches, workforce stabilization and process improvements. Primarily a CNC machining facility, we work to develop strong teams both in our machining operations as well as our assembly operations. It takes a great deal of dedication to become a key team member in this fast paced and challenging environment. We strive to deliver the best quality to our customers and rely heavily on our proffessional and hard working team members to deliver the best results."
