"The pay is too low for my skill level. There are a lot of office politics. Some staff get away with things that other would be in big trouble for doing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would sincerely recognize and show appreciation to the staff members who deserve it. If I received a complaint about a staff members performance, I would talk to the staff member first to get his/her opinion. I would never throw my staff under the bus. I would defend them when it was deserved. I would put myself in their shoes."

"Make sure your supervisor understands and appreciates the work you do. Make sure this person will have your back. Be a tough negotiator when discussig salary."

"My previous supervisor. Right now I have an interim boss which is somewhat difficult. This person does not want the position so I will soon have to adapt to yet another boss in the near future. The pay for my skill level is too low."

"I woudl show more appreciation and recognition to employees who deserve it. I wouldn't let some employees get away with unprofessional behavior while others aren't allowed to get away with having a bad day. I would not throw my direct reports under the bus. If my direct reports were being reasonable, I would have their backs. Before I made accusations, I would ask all of the parties involved to explain their side."
