However, upon closer inspection, it is an organization that prioritizes bonuses and special, unequal treatment of employees based not on performance, quality of work, or even seniority, but by the number of initials that exist after their names. I understand that government contracting requires certain degrees or certifications for certain positions, but that doesn't warrant ignoring capable employees."
