"I liked working at JBH because we (project managers) were always given a platform to express ourselves and new our new ideas. Senior Management (Owners and VP) were always open to listening and doing what they could to implement these ideas to make work flow easier."

What don't you like about working at JBH Structural Concrete?

"When it came to Senior Management outside the office (operating in the field), they never seemed to back the employees or management they had set in place. They always made decisions based upon what made them and the company look the best to others, rather than good business decisions based on schedule and finances."
