"JB Hunt has a good work life balance. However, despite the size of the company, it is very difficult to advance your career. It is a lot of "buddy-buddy" situations, if you will. The pay is horrible for the amount of work you do."

"Run, Amber Moore and Ariel Teague are unstable employees there who have spent the last three years stalking and cyber bullying me over a lawsuit I won for this reason. They are still employed at JB Hunt while still demanding people stalk take photos, videos and yell and attack me. Claiming I am a mean bully who tried to destroy there lives. Truth they Lied and tried to destroy mine I have emails to prove it with the law suit I won."

"I work for JB Hunt out of South Gate, CA and last year i made $40,000. While not every driver makes the same, it all depends on your years of service with the company. If you're a rookie driver just starting with this company, expect crappy pay! The only good thing about this company is the health benefits! Other than that, drivers work long hours for 6 days a week and deal with consisting problems with loads! You pretty much waste a lot of time and don't even get paid for it. You also have to keep your eye on your paycheck stubs and keep track of your miles per week because they will shorten you miles that you should have gotten paid for!! That happens every now and then!"

"I've worked for JB Hunt for 2 years now. If you are a hard worker, don't mind long hours, weekends, and holidays, then you have an opportunity to thrive with this company. There are many chances to relocate and promote within the company, but you must be VERY flexible, and sacrifice much of your work/ life balance. This company is not for the family man, or person with many obligations outside of work so keep that in mind. And the salary you are paid will most likely not represent the amount of time you are putting in. Great company to get your foot in the door and gain experience in the industry."
