Very friendly stuff, including managers, engineers, designers, and administration. Company taking good care of their employees by providing training, good benefits, raises, and bonuses."

"I have worked with Javan engineering since 2017, and I loved working with the people there. There are plenty of projects through out the east coast to work on as they work with many other companies. If you are ever in a pinch there will always be someone that would be able to guide you in the right direction. The only complaint I would have is that while there are many projects to work on, there are also some that have a lot of tedious and redundant work. As long as you are on a good project everything is perfect."
